feat: favicon cre≡er (≡ en dorado sobre Azul Profundo)

Reemplaza el favicon viejo (e. en navy+gold-bright, Georgia) por el símbolo
≡ (tres líneas) en Dorado #C4942E sobre Azul Profundo #0A1D5D, según la
versión 'Ícono' del Manual de Identidad Visual v1.0.
